    Job Description
    1.At all times well groomed, have a pleasant disposition, greet guests with the most hospitable attitude upon arrival at the hotel, and willing to offer assistance at all times.
    2.Maintain the entrance and main door area clean and tidy, free of obstacles and ensue that traffic through the driveway is controlled.
    3.Adhere to guest contact standards at all times.
    4.Provide current knowledge of the services and facilities offered by the Hotel, in order to provide reliable information to guests
    Assist guests in and out of taxis and other vehicles and remove baggage to the Front Desk for check-in.
    5.Obtain taxis for guests as required and do your best to ensure the guests are not overcharged by taxis by either negotiating with the taxi driver himself, or by cautioning the guest to be on alert.
    6.Knowledgeable in assisting guests in requests for transport and other information.
    7.Knowledgeable of the events of the day and of daily Hotel activities.
    8.Knowledgeable of VIP guests and whenever possible addresses such guests by name.
    9.Has presence and alerts Security or Duty Manager whenever a suspicious looking person or troublemaker is present.
    10.Keep alert for guest entering and leaving the hotel. Suspect guests (including those engaged in competitor analysis, suspicious looking characters, etc)  should be relayed immediately to the Front Office Manager.
    11.Conversant with emergency evacuation and fire procedures.

     1.Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers that reflects highly on the hotel.

    Job Description
     1.Greets all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest’s name at every opportunity .
    2.Registers and rooms all arrivals according to established procedures.
    3.Maintains intimate knowledge of departmental standards and procedures.
    4.Performs check in, check out and room change procedures and ensures all data are entered completely into the hotel systems in accordance with reservation.
    5.Maintains cashier float and ensures accurate daily report of all money received.
    6.Cashes hotel guest’s personal and travelers checks and assists with currency exchange .
    7.Keeps abreast of all modifications to accounting policies and procedures.
    8.Knowledgeable of all special promotion procedures, for programs such as; Seasonal Packages, Frequent Flyers Programs .
    9.Attends to guest’s complaints, inquiries and requests, referees problems to supervisor/Assistant Manager if he/she unable to assist.
    10.Does everything possible to ensure that the guests depart the hotel with a positive impression of hotel service.
    11.Performs the audit balances and prepares all works for audit in an orderly fashion.
    12.When on night shift, checks night report, prepare the morning report and prepare all necessary forms for the guest arrival.
    13.Maintains comprehensive knowledge of standard reservation procedures including correct forms to use, how to read telex, e-mail, messages, and how to interpret availability sources within the reservation systems.
    14.Maintains exemplary deportment standards of behavior and appearance and attitude as expected in win win hotel.
    15.Takes personal interest and pride to ensure that the front desk work area is kept clean and in an orderly state al all times.

    Requirements :
     1.Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers that reflects highly on the hotel..
    2.Able to read and write English.
    3.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System.
    4. Associate degree .
    5.1 year experience in guest / customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
